Need a break? Take a breath of fresh air in the campsite of Verdon, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Verdon ! An ideal setting to enjoy both the breathtaking landscapes of Haute-Provence and a wide range of activities in the heart of the campsite or in its surroundings. Located in a vast natural and wooded area, the Verdon campsite offers you many pools and water games, but also privileged access to the essential tourist destinations of the surroundings: charming villages, passes and magnificent plateaus, walks in the streets of Avignon and visits to regional farms (olive oil producers, vineyards, artisans…).
The Verdon Regional Nature Park covers an area of almost 200,000 hectares straddling the Var and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence departments, around the watershed of the Verdon river.
It has a total of 46 member municipalities, the majority of which are in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
The Verdon Regional Nature Park covers the areas of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie (the Park’s headquarters), Valensole, Gréoux-les-Bains, Aups, Régusse and Castellane.
