A good little plan or a nice tip to give your holidays a little taste of unforgettable or even privileged? Come and consult our sections on Anne and Philippe‘s good tips, before, of course, being able to ask us directly on the spot during the few days or weeks that you will spend in our company in the region of the Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte-Croix. Aups is a magnificent place to stay but also to enjoy all the beautiful places that Provence and the French Riviera have to offer!
What are some examples? We have plenty of examples, such as enjoying lunch with a breathtaking view of the Lac de Sainte-Croix and its beautiful turquoise waters, or going on a family hike with a departure and return to the campsite in the Verdon. Would you like to swim in a small cove on the Lac de Sainte-Croix? Or would you like to spend a whole day at the sea in a magical place, a tiny cove located between the most bay of the Côte d’Azur and the Ile d’Or, which served as a model for Hergé’s book of Tintin’s adventures “L’Ile Noire”? Ask us, we will be there to answer your wishes like friends passing by.
What about discovering local gastronomic products such as goat cheese from Jocelyne, a breeder in Barjols who is present at the Régusse market on Sunday mornings? Or to visit the vineyards and wine cellars of the Domaine de Valcolombe, located 7 km from the campsite, hosted by Philippe and his wife Marie Hélène?
Would you like some more simple pleasures? A walk on the roofs of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie by taking the stairs to the panorama of the Notre Dame de Beauvoir Chapel. Or the spellbinding views of the lavender fields in bloom on the Valensole plateau between mid-June and mid-July. We are here to advise you to the best of our knowledge and your desires.
We look forward to helping you discover and rediscover our beautiful region.
