Whether you have an adventurous spirit or just want to wander around discovering magnificent landscapes, the Verdon is the ideal place for quality walks and hikes. From the small tourist promenade to the much more sporty walk, there is something here for all tastes and all levels. We find, for example, the Sentier du Pécheur, suitable for everyone with its 2h30 walk for a vertical drop of 300 meters and a total of 6 kilometers. The Sentier Blanc-Martel is longer and will take you on an estimated journey at 6 am with 350 meters of elevation gain for 15 kilometers of discoveries on foot. The Lizard Trail is the most popular and offers a walk of 2 hours of walking, an elevation of 80 meters for 5 kilometers in all and finally, the trail of Imbut lasts 5 hours for a difference in height of 600 meters and a hike 13 kilometers.
A unique panorama as well as a breathtaking and incomparable view make the Grand Canyon Gorges du Verdon a must for anyone who appreciates climbing or would simply like to try it. Whether you are a beginner or a confirmed climber, you must at all costs try the adventure and embark on the Gorges du Verdon for a moment of exceptional aerial walk. The options are many with many possible activities between heaven and earth but always head in the clouds. Suspended bridges, more classic rappelling and zip lines are on the program to discover the Gorges du Verdon from a new angle. We can also be tempted by the via-ferrata. This activity offers various aerial paths consisting of metal ladders and cables fixed in the rock. These were used in the past by Italian soldiers. The via-ferrata manages to perfectly combine hiking and climbing for an unforgettable experience.
